Small group training allows you to reach maximum results in minimum time. You will have a personal trainer dedicated to you for 30-45min per session, helping you to tweak technique, push a bit harder and modify exercises where needed.
Best boot camp! Throughly enjoy the early morning sessions with Tanya she has great motivational skills to guide you to your limits , Each sessions always different. Great group of people. Highly recommend.
