STABILIZE - YOGA/ PILATES/ FOUNDATION TRAINING

Set yourself up for success and pain free movement by jumping into our Wednesday Stabilize class.  Improve your balance, flexibility, core/muscle activation, strength and posture.  We have conveniently combined the best moves from yoga, pilates and foundation training to give you a programme that has it all!  Come join us once a week and start feeling the benefits of Stabilize!

Hamilton Lake, you can park next to the water tower on Ruakiwi Road and walk down the grass hill to the wooden deck at the bottom of the hill.  Alternatively there's also parking at the bottom of the hill.
