To be the best you can be you need to know what you want in life, why you want it, and how you will achieve it. Whether you want to lose weight, rehabilitate an injury or correct a muscle imbalance, or maybe you just want to get fit strong and healthy, I am here to help, educate, motivate, support and guide you towards success!

Training with me will give you the opportunity to learn how your body works, why we’re doing certain exercises and how to properly activate and develop different muscle groups. I will provide you with nutritional advice when needed, regular check ups to check that you’re progressing, and most importantly I will help you stay accountable.

I have worked successfully within the fitness injury with a variety of clients – from athletes, to people recovering from strokes, suffering from obesity and injuries, wanting to lose weight and tone up, new mums and bubs, to those just looking to improve their lifestyle and create a healthy habit.

Through working closely with you I will be able to assess your needs, your goals and your ability in order to create a suitable plan of action to achieve the best possible result for you as an individual.

  • Lectured a second year bachelors paper in Rehabilitation (Wintec) & provided weekend training courses for basic/sports massage (Wintec).

FELICITY LEYDON-DAVIS

Felicity has a background in high performance sport, both as an athlete and a coach. She understands what it takes to be a top level athlete, the aches and pains that come with it, and how much massage can help with recovery.

Day to day activity, and workplace stress are also factors that will hugely benefit from massage, and Felicity would love to help you!

 

Qualifications & Achievements

She has completed a Certificate in Massage at Wintec, and has since had some fantastic job opportunities including; Chiefs Rugby, Highlanders Rugby and Massage Team Leader HSBC Hamilton Rugby Sevens.

ALANAH PARKER

Growing up as a gymnast, I was always encouraged to set life goals, mark out my route to success and continue to grow through new challenges. After retiring from gymnastics, I found enjoyment and satisfaction in strength and endurance training, with an interest in mobilisation and rehabilitation. I am an energetic individual, and although new to the fitness industry I am driven to help people achieve their fitness goals. I will motivate and support you to be the best versions of yourself through the benefits of fitness and improved lifestyle. Through experience in this field, I have been able to improve the strength, endurance, mobility, and over-all well-being of many clinical populations. These include cardiac patients, diabetics, and those with neurological, respiratory, psychological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

 I love what I do and I’m inspired by my client’s achievements.

Whether your goal is to tone up, lose weight, gain strength and endurance, improve mobility, flexibility or balance, I am here to help you along your journey.

I believe in the therapeutic values of massage and its crucial role in relaxation, recovery, range of motion and stress and tension release. I show attention to detail, ensuring each client is treated individually, to gain optimum results.
