This is not your average gym!  At FITME Studios we provide weekly updated programmes that you can come in and do at your own convenience or you can book in to one of our group sessions.

We complete a full movement prescreen with you and show you how everything works if you decide to join us!  Your first session is FREE with no strings attached. Let us help you move better. 

SMALL GROUP PERSONALISED TRAINING

Small group training allows you to reach maximum results in minimum time.  You will have a personal trainer dedicated to you for 30-45min per session, helping you to tweak technique, push a bit harder and modify exercises where needed.  

 

Join an existing group or create you own with family or friends (Groups of  2-6).

PRENATAL

BABY BUMP

Baby Bump Bootcamp is especially designed to help you stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy while maintaining some tone and abdominal/

pelvic floor strength.

 

With experienced trainers in strength & conditioning and clinical exercise physiology/rehab you'll be in the best of hands.

POST NATAL

MUMS & BUBS

New mums, this is for you!  Bring bubs with to training & lets work on getting your body & fitness back!

30-45min Sessions focusing on strengthening your pelvic floor, core and overall body.
