SMALL GROUP PERSONALISED TRAINING
Small group training allows you to reach maximum results in minimum time. You will have a personal trainer dedicated to you for 30-45min per session, helping you to tweak technique, push a bit harder and modify exercises where needed.
Join an existing group or create you own with family or friends (Groups of 2-6).
