BABY BOOTCAMP - SMALL GROUP TRAINING
These sessions are created to cater for all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you have an abdominal sepration, weak pelvic floor or are just unfit, we can help!
Our programmes are especially designed to help the body heal and strengthen as you complete exercises designed for fitness, toning and strengthening of the pelvic floor, core and overall body.
We check for any injuries/weaknesses and work together to get you the best results during your time with us!
Best of all, we love babies! Bring them with so they can join in on the bonding time and watch you kick butt!
These sessions are also great to meet other mums and for you to get a workout in while in a supportive/motivating environment.
Your Trainers are all experienced & qualified Clinical Exercise Rehabilitation and Strength + Conditioning coaches, you will be in the best of hands! Oh and don't forget, they are too happy to give your bubs some cuddles when they need it while you smash out your workout.
