BABY BUMP - BOOTCAMP
Mums to be, this is the prenatal exercise class for you! Baby Bump Bootcamp is especially designed to help you stay fit and healthy during your pregnancy while maintaining some tone and abdominal/pelvic floor strength. It is important to know which exercises are safe for both you and bubs and to be aware of what movements can potentially do more harm than good. These sessions are suitable for all stages of pregnancy (6-40Weeks).
Regular physical activity during pregnancy improves or maintains physical fitness, helps with weight management, reduces the risk of gestational diabetes in obese women, and enhances psychologic well-being. Even if you haven't been exercising before pregnancy it's not too late to start, we modify everything to your level. It's also a great place to meet other 'mums to be' going through the same stages
With experienced trainers in strength & conditioning and clinical exercise physiology/rehab you'll be in the best of hands.
Please note that it is recommended that you get the thumbs up from your midwife/doctor before starting any new exercise regime.
